Below is an introduction to various ways that you can structure your psychedelic society. Please find more information on this in the Administration section.

• Canada: Registered Charity

• USA: 501c3 - roles

  • Must have 3 roles on the board to operate

    • President / ED

    • Treasurer

    • Secretary

  • Keep in mind, roles are labor intensive, especially as a volunteer, so you have to find people who want to be committed to this role

  • There are pros and cons to becoming a 501c3, we go deeper into that here.

• USA: LLC

  • You can incorporate under an LLC at the beginning and then transition into a more complex entity once your team has been built.
